Eligibility to Use:

Users must be above the age of thirteen (13). If under the age of thirteen (13), users must obtain the consent of their legal guardian or parent.

Cancellation:

To cancel your services, you must issue a cancellation request within our billing area. If you cancel your service, any active PayPal subscriptions created at the time of ordering must be manually canceled by you. We do not have access to deduct funds from your PayPal account and are not responsible for automated payments made through a subscription. Failure to cancel your PayPal subscription may result in continued charges for which we are not liable.

If you wish to cancel your server and request a refund, you must include in the "cancellation reason" that you are requesting a refund. Refund requests made after cancellation without this explicit statement will not be honored.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

• You do not receive the members you ordered.
• The bot process for delivering members was canceled or interrupted by us.

No refunds will be issued for any other reason, including but not limited to user errors, changes in your server’s rules, or dissatisfaction with user behavior after joins have been completed. If you remove the bot’s permissions or remove the bot entirely before your advertisement is completed, no refund will be provided. Chargebacks or reversed transactions will result in immediate account termination and a ban from using our services.

Service Availability:

We strive to provide uninterrupted services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but interruptions may occur due to reasons beyond our control. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability. Compensation for downtime, if deemed necessary, will be provided as client credit only upon request.

Termination of Services:

We reserve the right to terminate your services at any time for the following reasons:

• Immediate termination for unlawful or malicious activities.
• Termination with 3 business days' notice for any other reason.
• Immediate termination due to non-payment or opened payment disputes.

If your services are terminated for unlawful activities, no refund will be issued. If terminated without due reason, a pro-rata refund for unused services will be provided. Upon termination, all associated content will be destroyed and cannot be recovered. Recovery assistance for lawful content may be provided at our discretion but is not guaranteed.

Services:

All services are subject to software and hardware limitations. While we aim to ensure the security of our systems, we cannot guarantee they are completely free from exploits. If a user is found exploiting any part of our services, their account will be permanently terminated.

We reserve the right to modify the information on our site at any time. Additionally, servers subjected to frequent large-scale denial-of-service attacks that disrupt other users may be disabled or terminated.

Additional Terms:

• We are not responsible for users leaving your server after joining or for any violations of your rules or Discord’s rules by users who join.
• We do not intentionally use "bot accounts" or "fake accounts" to increase the number of joins. To the best of our knowledge, all users are real and unique.
• Users’ behavior on your server is entirely your responsibility.
• We may, at our discretion, provide extra joins as insurance, but this is not guaranteed.
• Once the agreed number of joins is completed, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly required as per the refund policy.
• If the bot’s permissions are removed or the bot is removed before the advertisement is complete, we are not obligated to provide a refund or restart the process.
• Violations of these Terms of Service may result in immediate action, including service termination and account banning.
