DiscordAd operates on a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final once services have been initiated or delivered. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We invest significant resources in delivering high-quality Discord growth services, including server infrastructure, staff time, and marketing efforts. Once these resources have been allocated to your order, they cannot be recovered.
This policy applies to all services including but not limited to Discord server boosts, real members, online/offline members, Discord Nitro, and any other services offered on our platform.
Limited Exceptions
Refunds are only considered under the following very specific circumstances:
When Refunds May Be Considered
We failed to deliver the service you paid for within the promised timeframe (72 hours), and you have provided sufficient evidence of non-delivery.

Customer Errors Are Not Our Responsibility
Mistakes made on the customer's side are not grounds for a refund. We are not responsible for errors in your order, incorrect Discord server links, or failure to provide necessary permissions.
Common customer errors that DO NOT qualify for refunds include:
Before You Order:
Double-check your Discord server link, ensure proper bot permissions, and verify your order details before completing your purchase. Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified or refunded due to customer error.
Service Delivery & Completion
Once our service has been delivered to your Discord server as specified in your order, the transaction is considered complete and no refunds will be issued.
Note: We are not responsible for users leaving your server after joining. The behavior of users who join your server is entirely your responsibility. Once the agreed number of joins is completed, no refunds will be issued.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Zero Tolerance Policy
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate and permanent termination of all your services and accounts. We consider chargebacks to be fraudulent activity.
If you have an issue with your purchase:
If a chargeback is filed, we will provide all necessary documentation to payment processors proving service delivery. Successful chargebacks may result in legal action to recover funds and additional fees.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
