Discord Auto Vouch
If you sell anything through Discord, your vouch channel is your storefront. It is where a buyer goes before they send money, and what they find there decides whether they send it.
Vouch channels exist because Discord has no built-in reputation system. There is no seller rating, no verified-purchase badge, nothing. The community built its own substitute out of a text channel and the honour system.
It works surprisingly well, and it has one brutal property: an empty vouch channel is treated as evidence against you. Not neutral — against.
The cold start problem
Every seller starts with an empty vouch channel. Buyers see it, decide the risk is not worth it, and go to someone with a full one. Because they did not buy, they do not vouch, and the channel stays empty.
This is the single hardest part of starting to sell on Discord, and it has almost nothing to do with whether your product is good. Established sellers are not necessarily better — they are just past this stage.
This is a presentation tool, not a substitute for delivering. Vouches get a buyer to the first purchase. What happens after that is entirely down to you, and a bad first order undoes far more than a full vouch channel ever built.
What makes a vouch channel believable
- Varied wordingTwenty messages saying "legit" in the same phrasing reads worse than five saying different things.
- Spread over timeVouches that all arrived within a minute of each other are visibly one event.
- Mixed enthusiasmReal buyers write "fast, thanks" more often than they write paragraphs.
- Plausible volumeA vouch count wildly out of step with your member count invites the question you least want asked.
How we deliver them
Messages are posted in the channel you nominate, spaced out rather than dumped, with varied wording. You can give us phrasing to use or leave it to us.
We need the channel to be one that accounts can post in. If your vouch channel is locked so only a bot can write to it, that is worth knowing before you order — tell us and we will work out whether it is possible.
A note on where this is appropriate
This is a normal part of Discord selling culture, where vouch channels are understood to be self-hosted and unverified by anyone. It is not a substitute for a review platform with verified purchases, and it should not be presented as one.
We say this plainly because the distinction matters: our own reviews are hosted on VouchVault precisely so they are not something we can edit.

Yes. Send us the wording and we use it. Otherwise we vary it ourselves.
How spread out are they?
Spaced deliberately. Tell us if you want them slower.
Do they include star ratings?
If your channel uses a format with stars, we follow it. Send an example message.
Can they vouch in a forum channel?
Usually, but tell us first — forum channels behave differently to text channels.
Is there a minimum?
